Video Graphic Editor
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour break
Salary: $1,000/month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Video Content Editor to own the end-to-end post-production of short-form video content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, delivering engaging, platform-native content at a consistent high-volume pace. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in video editing, pacing, text animations, and visual storytelling, with the ability to transform raw footage into polished content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with a B2B audience. This role requires someone efficient, detail-oriented, and highly autonomous, with experience in tech, SaaS, or performance-driven content considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Execution: Own the end-to-end post-production for short-form videos (and some graphics), with the expectation to ramp up to a steady cadence of 1 short-form video per business working day (approx. 20–22 videos/month) across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Asset Creation: Cut, pace, and polish raw footage into highly engaging, platform-native short-form content.
Collaboration: Partner closely with the internal team to execute on creative briefs, scripts, and designated hooks.
Brand Tailoring: Ensure the visual style, pacing, and on-screen text capture the right tone for our ICP.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Domain Expertise: Strong, specialized editing experience.
Efficiency & Speed: Proven ability to manage a full-time workload and maintain a consistent, efficient daily output without sacrificing visual quality or brand standards.
Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of short-form video editing trends, formatting, text animations, and pacing specifically for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and IG Reels.
B2B/SaaS Familiarity: Experience editing for B2B, tech, or SaaS brands is a major plus, though strong DTC-to-B2B crossover backgrounds are also highly interesting.
Autonomy: Comfortable handling a steady, high-volume pipeline without needing heavy hand-holding or micro-management.
Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
