I’m looking for a game designer to help shape and evolve the core gameplay for an indie game project.
You’ll help design and develop:
Core gameplay systems, mechanics, and player interactions
Combat, progression, and ability systems
Enemies, encounters, and challenge pacing
Systems driven design that supports narrative, tone, and long term replayability
Requirements
Experience designing games, prototypes, or interactive systems
Strong understanding of player experience, balance, and game feel
Ability to match and extend an existing creative and mechanical direction
Comfortable working from loose concepts, early builds, or evolving systems
Able to collaborate closely, iterate fast, and propose lots of ideas and variations
This is a project based role with potential for ongoing work as the game expands.
