Description:
We run a network of US-based e-commerce content businesses that constantly need short-form video editors. Not one job, many clients, ongoing work.

What the work looks like:
Editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Product-focused content: hooks, captions, overlays, pacing for conversion
Some clients use AI-generated footage and voiceovers, so experience with AI tools (CapCut, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.) is a plus but not required
Volume work: clients typically need multiple videos per day or week, consistently

How it works:
You apply once using the form below.
If your application passes screening, you get access to our private hiring community where client businesses post editing jobs every week.
Clients contact you directly, you agree on rate and scope directly with them, and they pay you directly. We take nothing from you, no fees, no commissions, no salary deductions, ever.

Requirements:
Proven short-form editing experience (portfolio links required: TikTok accounts you edited for, Google Drive samples, or similar)
CapCut and/or Premiere Pro proficiency
Reliable internet and a machine that can render 1080p
Conversational written English
At least 10 hours per week of availability
