Video Editor with Trend Savvy for TikTok & Instagram Reels

Key Responsibilities:

Edit photos/videos to match the model’s aesthetic: Instagram & Sample Style.
Maintain natural skin texture and colors; no over-smoothing or whitening.
Retouch subtly (e.g., minor adjustments to facial spots, slight nose/waist edits) while preserving the background.
Research and propose trending content ideas for TikTok/Instagram Reels.
Optimize video edits for algorithms on each platform.
Collaborate with the model to bring her vision to life.
Manage and organize media files.
Requirements:

Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Meitu, and Wink apps.
Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram trends and influencer aesthetics.
Stable internet (50 Mbps+); Hubstaff time tracking (min. 40 hrs/week).
Excellent communication and ability to adapt to feedback.
Preferred:

Experience with fitness or lifestyle influencers.
Knowledge of color grading and retouching.
Compensation & Benefits:

Bi-weekly payment (1st & 15th).
Flexible hours with performance-based pay.
