Video Editor for an Interactive eLearning

We are seeking a skilled course creator or video editor to help us build high-quality, engaging compliance certification training delivered 100% online and self-paced.

Goal: Develop professional, interactive eLearning video contents that increase student engagement and knowledge retention.
Format: Primarily video-based, enhanced with interactive elements, quizzes, and supporting written materials.

???? Responsibilities
(Required)
Edit videos professionally to maintain a clean, branded, and educational style
Ensure all content is mobile-friendly, visually engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles

? (Preferred)
Produce video-based training content using a mix of real and/or AI-generated video
Experience in using LMS platforms like TalentLMS, LearnWorlds, Moodle, Thinkific, or suggest one suitable for compliance.
Add interactive learning elements (click-throughs, scenario branching, knowledge checks)
Create quizzes, assessments, and supporting reading materials/articles
Provide input on instructional design best practices (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
Build/export content in SCORM/xAPI formats
Recommend best tools for AI video, interactivity, or LMS setup

? Ideal Candidate Has
Required:
Proven video editing proficiency (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Descript, etc.)
Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory)
Experience with creating online learning content or corporate videos

Preferred:
Experience working with LMS platforms and building courses
Background in compliance, safety, or certification-based training
Knowledge of instructional design principles
Strong attention to learner engagement and outcomes
