Video Editor for YouTube channel

I need someone who can edit videos in the style of Alex Hormozi.

This is a part-time gig. The first task will be to cut a video similar to this:

(audio should be better - which was my fault)

Must have samples of videos and included it in your application.
APPLICATION without samples will be ignored!

Premier is a must (Capcut maybe be an acceptable exception depending on skill level)

This will eventually be a full-time job.

The steps of the workflow will be like this:
You receive the footage via Google Drive.
Cut out all of the dead space, the unnecessary pauses.
You put in visuals to help the video flow - if I have B-roll I will provide it as well
(which should match the section of the video ex: if the B-roll is of me doing a workout at the gym, the file I include will be labeled something like gym-Broll-benchpress.mp4 )
When you are done, you export it and send it to me for review.
*I would like the raw files so that if the fix is easy, than I can just do it myself and send you the next project file.
You get notes if needed.
I upload and then send you a new video.

There will be shorts, and longform videos as projects so please have some experience with both.
I will be patient for the first video understanding that our workflow may take sometime to complete.
