Our fast growing ecommerce brand, is seeking an experienced, high performing Video Editor for video ads that will be used for Facebook ads.

We are looking for the BEST video editors, and we are willing to pay you very well and give you many opportunities to grow within the company, such as growing to a senior video editor where you can earn even more and lead your own team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will bring to life the scripts provided by our top copywriters, crafting both short-form video ads to medium and long-form Facebook ads ranging from 1-5 minute long videos
- Work under a Creative Strategist who provides continuous feedback, helping you refine your edits and grow your skills
- Your ads will be tested with substantial budgets, with a focus on sales generated as the key metric of your success—the better your ads perform, the higher your bonus
- Access to real-time data from our advertising platforms to see how your videos perform so you can make informed, data-driven decisions to edit better videos
- Regularly analyze top-performing sales videos across various industries to discover effective patterns and strategies that can be adopted in your work

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in editing direct-response video ads, particularly on Facebook/Youtube/Instagram/TikTok
- Advanced proficiency in any editing software of your choice
- Great English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- A perfectionist with an obsessive attention to detail
- A strong desire for personal growth, learning, and self-improvement
- Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive criticism
