???? Why we’re hiring
Our content production is scaling fast, and we now need a Video Editor who can intelligently use our raw footage to create high-quality, conversion-focused ad videos.
This role is critical.
You won’t just execute edits — you’ll understand the script, the message, and the angle, and choose the right visuals to support it.
???? What you’ll do day-to-day
You’ll be responsible for turning our raw footage into high-performing Meta Ads:
Edit short-form videos for
Select the right clips based on the script and marketing message
Translate scripts into strong visual storytelling
Build powerful hooks within the first 3 seconds
Add dynamic subtitles, on-screen text, zooms, cuts, and proof elements
Adapt videos into multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
Create multiple variations from the same footage
Respect brand guidelines while optimizing for performance

You understand what makes a good Meta Ad creative.
You know:
Why some ads convert and others don’t
How to read a script and match visuals intentionally
How to structure problem ? solution ? proof ? result
That footage selection is as important as the edit itself
If terms like hook, retention, angle, creative testing, winning ads make sense to you — you’re in the right place.
???? Hard skills
You’re proficient in at least one of the following:
???? CapCut (big plus for UGC & social codes)
???? Canva (for fast/simple assets)
You’re comfortable with:
Translate ad scripts into the target market language (FR, DE, US, etc.)
Generate voiceovers using AI tools (ElevenLabs or similar)
Edit and assemble video ads with CapCut (cut, subtitles, music)
Add subtitles and captions to increase engagement
Research and collect content (competitor ads, TikTok, Ad Library, stock footage)
Deliver multiple video variations quickly for ad testing
Requirements
Experience with CapCut
Familiarity with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs or similar)
Basic Canva/Photoshop skills are a plus
Good written English (translation and adaptation skills)
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and creative mindset
UGC-style editing
Subtitle-heavy ads
Social media ad formats and pacing
