Video Editor (Youtube Long-Form)

We are looking for an experienced video editor with proven experience to edit videos for our YouTube channel(s) about psychology and self-development. The style is fast-paced Explain Every long-form videos (10 minute reference per video).

Requirements:
1) Capable of using multiple editing styles - Experience with the 'Explain Every' video format is a plus
2) Capable of sourcing footage (image-based). No video or music, focus purely on pacing, image-quality/evolution and text
3) Clear communication in English
4) Pro-active and responsive attitude, willing to learn and grow

Job Info:
A) 8-10 minute edit
B) You work closely together with our video edit manager
C) Personal training to enhance your skill set, constructive feedback on your work
D) 2 videos each week as reference once adjusted to the format

Budget:
A) Depending on experience, reference of $30 per video. Once working for 6+ months and over-delivering, receiving a % of all future channel earnings.
