# **Video Editor + Social Media Manager (Real Estate) – Full Time**

We are a U.S. luxury home builder seeking a **high-level video editor & social media creator** with **3+ years real estate marketing experience**.

You must be **highly skilled with Descript, CapCut, and Buffer** — if you’re not an expert in Descript, please do not apply.

### **Responsibilities**

* Edit **high-quality real estate videos** using ** ---------- **
* Add **graphics, captions, overlays, music, and B-roll**
* Create short-form content for **Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook**
* Schedule and post content using **Buffer**
* Export videos to **Wistia** and upload to **WordPress**
* Create photo ads, thumbnails, reels, and marketing assets
* Maintain brand quality and consistent posting schedule

### **Requirements**

* **3+ years experience** in real estate or property marketing
* **Expert-level** in Descript (non-negotiable)
* Strong skills in **CapCut, Buffer**, and basic graphic design
* Excellent English writing & communication
* Ability to create polished, modern, U.S.-style real estate content
* Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. hours or partial overlap

### **Bonus Skills**

* Experience with YouTube SEO
* WordPress skills
* Knowledge of Wistia uploads and tagging
