We are a fast-growing U.S.-based management and support company working with over 50 businesses and locations. We value structure, creativity, and accountability, and are looking for a passionate and innovative Video Editor & Content Creator to join our dynamic creative team!

Your Role

Edit and create compelling short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook).

Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and video overlays using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut.

Develop creative captions, hooks, and taglines that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand's voice.

Stay ahead of social media trends and contribute fresh ideas to keep content innovative and engaging.

Manage scheduling and posting across various social media platforms.

Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns and brand objectives.

Analyze performance metrics and assist with refining content strategies through testing and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Video Editor, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

Expertise in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Strong writing skills, capable of crafting engaging captions, headlines, and calls-to-action.

Excellent attention to detail and a talent for visual storytelling.

Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines while working independently.

Bonus Points If You Have

Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams.

Understanding of brand marketing and content strategies.

Experience using analytics tools to track social media performance.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), aligned with U.S. EST business hours.

Work Setup: 100% Remote

Compensation: $800–$1,200 USD/month (based on experience and portfolio)
