Video Editor - Short Form Videos

Expanding creator business (personal brand building 400K+ followers) looking to recruit a rockstar video editor to manage and execute on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube content editing. Plenty of room for advancement and long-term employment if you're competent, hard working and efficient.
Looking for people who value teamwork, focus, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Skills Required:

Excellent English (both written and spoken) - MUST
1+ years experience editing short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro OR Final Cut Pro OR DaVinci Resolve
Understanding of hook-driven editing (first 3 seconds matter most)
Attention to pacing and viewer retention
Color grading knowledge
Experience with captions/subtitles
Ability to take raw footage + scripts and create polished videos
Understanding of feminine/lifestyle brand aesthetics (nice to have)

Technical Requirements:

Laptop/Computer with editing software installed (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download)
Portfolio showing 3-5 short-form videos you've edited

Job Roles Include (but not limited to):

Edit Instagram Reels + TikTok videos (60-90 seconds each)
Edit YouTube videos (8-12 minutes)
Repurpose YouTube content into Instagram Shorts (5-8 per video)
Add captions and text overlays
Color grade to match brand aesthetic
Sync footage to voiceover perfectly
Deliver polished, high-quality content on deadline
