Respond to video editing applications on discord (messaging app), and follow a script we'll give you.

If they're a potential good editor, give them the instructions to make a quick unpaid sample to see their skill level,

Once the sample is made we'll pay you $1 per sample (regardless if we hire them you'll be paid.)

We have about 50+ applications per day. so great opportunity for samples.
