We're hiring a video editor who makes META ads that convert.

This is not a content creation role. We don't need organic, social media management, or brand videos. We need someone who edits direct-response video ads for META (Facebook/Instagram) and has the results to prove it.

What you'll do:
- Edit 5 high-quality video ads per week
- Work with existing footage, scripts, and creative direction
- Deliver ads built to perform on META, not just look pretty

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience editing META ads specifically
- Proven track record with paid ads that actually drove conversions
- You understand hooks, pacing, and what stops the scroll

Compensation: $500 USD per 4 weeks

GROWTH TO TRIPLE YOUR SALARY IS POSSIBLE AND BASED ON PERFORMANCE WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR
