About Us:
We’re a small but growing digital marketing agency that helps brands amplify their presence through engaging content and impactful advertising. We’re looking for a talented video editor to create eye-catching, high-performing videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads. If you have a knack for storytelling and staying on top of social media trends, we’d love to work with you!
Role Overview:
As a gig-based video editor, you’ll be responsible for editing short-form videos that resonate with audiences and drive engagement across platforms. You’ll work closely with our team to turn raw footage into polished content that aligns with client goals and platform-specific best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads, ensuring they’re optimized for each platform.
Add effects, transitions, captions, and music to enhance video quality and audience retention.
Implement platform-specific trends and editing techniques to maximize reach and engagement.
Format videos to proper aspect ratios (e.g., vertical for TikTok and Shorts).
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience editing short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Meta Ads.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in short-form video.
Ability to create captivating edits that hook viewers within the first few seconds.
Strong communication skills and ability to meet quick turnaround times.
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animations, or creating ad-specific content is a plus.
Payment:
This is a gig-based role, and payment will be negotiated per project or batch of videos. Rates will depend on the complexity of the task and your level of experience.
