About us
We're a fast-moving direct-to-consumer brand building and scaling products across multiple categories. Our content is direct response — we make ads that sell. We move quickly, test constantly, and expect our team to keep up.

What you'll be doing
Edit high-converting video ads for Meta and other paid social platforms

Cut UGC footage and raw creator clips into polished, scroll-stopping ads

Add captions, motion graphics, b-roll, and sound design to bring scripts to life

Produce multiple creative variations quickly to support ongoing testing

Receive creative briefs and turn them around fast with minimal back-and-forth

What we're looking for
Solid experience editing video ads — e-commerce or DTC experience is a big plus

Comfortable using AI tools to speed up your workflow — things like AI voiceovers, background removal, auto-captioning, or AI-assisted motion graphics

You understand what makes someone stop scrolling — hooks, pacing, and storytelling matter to you

Fast, reliable, and self-directed — you don't need your hand held to deliver great work

Can handle volume — we test a lot of creative and need consistent output, not just occasional great videos

A portfolio or reel showing real ad work (not just brand films or passion projects)

Nice to have
Experience with Meta ad creative specifically (knowing aspect ratios, text limits, hook best practices)

Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills

You've worked with UGC creators before and know how to make raw footage look great
