**Your Mission**
The Core Work (Primary Focus)
You are the translator. You take raw, powerful content and transform it into precision-crafted clips that spread ideas at scale.

-Master our Descript template system (we've removed the guesswork, you bring the excellence)
-Export flawlessly for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts (every spec perfect, every time)
-Select music that transforms good content into unforgettable content (this is your superpower)
-Ensure every single detail is perfect: captions crisp, audio clean, formatting flawless
-Keep everything meticulously organized (file naming, version control, asset management)
-Understand that your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people who need it

*Supporting Tasks (Secondary)

-Schedule and publish content across platforms (training provided if needed)
-Write captions using our AI system (we'll teach you our approach)
-Light operations support as needed

**Who We're Looking For**

-Proven experience editing talking-head short-form content (must show examples)
-Exceptional organizational skills (this is non-negotiable)
-Proactive communication style (you reach out first, you update often, you think ahead)
-An intuitive understanding of music, pacing, and emotional resonance
-Rock-solid reliability (your internet, your schedule, your word)
-Strong English skills (you're working with ideas that need to land precisely)
-An almost obsessive care for quality (you can't ship mediocre work, it's not in your DNA)

**Major bonus points if you have:**

-Descript experience (or you're the type who masters new tools in days)
-Content scheduling/publishing experience across social platforms
-ManyChat or automation tool experience
-Experience working remotely with US-based companies

-Your desired hourly rate (we're budgeting $5-6 USD/hour to start)

**Compensation & Growth Path**
Starting Package:

$4-6 USD per hour based on experience
Part-time hours (10-20 hours/week to start)
Bi-weekly payment via ----------
13th month pay every December

**Clear Growth Path:**
We reward excellence and ownership with real increases:

Month 3: Rate increase to $5-7/hour (if quality and communication are excellent)
Month 5-6: Rate increase to $5-8/hour + more hours (if you're proactive and improving systems)
Year 1: Rate increase to $5-9/hour + potential for 30+ hours/week (if you're crushing it)
