About the Role
We're a growing DTC brand running paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). We're looking for a skilled video editor who understands what makes direct response content actually convert — not just look good.

What You'll Be Doing

Edit UGC-style video ads for Meta placements
Edit VSL content — both long and short form
Source and cut b-roll footage to match scripts
Build text-on-screen and caption-driven ad variants
Create multiple hook versions per video for A/B testing
Deliver multiple creatives per week on deadline
Work from provided scripts independently

You're the Right Person If You

Have a portfolio of DTC ads, UGC edits, or VSL videos that have run on Meta
Know the difference between content that looks good and content that converts
Can source b-roll professionally (Pexels, Storyblocks, Artgrid, or similar)
Understand hook testing — why the first 3 seconds d ---------- everything
Match pacing, captions, and music to the emotional tone of each ad
Work independently without hand-holding
Deliver on time, every time

Nice to Have

Experience in women's health or wellness brands
Familiarity with TikTok-style editing for Meta placements
Ability to suggest creative angles beyond just execution
Experience working with small brands scaling with paid ads
