Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-time Video Editor to join our team and take ownership of editing high-performing video ads. This role is ideal for someone who understands direct-response content and can create engaging, conversion-focused videos at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into high-converting video ads
Ensure strong pacing, clear messaging, and engaging visuals
Collaborate closely with the creative team to execute campaign concepts
Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently
Maintain organized project files and meet consistent deadlines
Adapt editing styles based on performance data and creative direction
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio (ad creatives preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and attention retention
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience editing paid social ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Familiarity with direct-response marketing principles
Experience working with B2B brands
Knowledge of current video trends and short-form content
