Video Editor & 3D Motion Designer (Faceless Documentaries)

The Project
Lead post-production for a high-end YouTube channel producing one 12-minute investigative business documentary per week. We provide the script (Gemini), voiceover (ElevenLabs), and key visual assets (Midjourney).

Your Role
• Assembly: Sync ElevenLabs voiceovers with Gemini-generated scripts and visual instructions.
• 3D Enhancement: Transform Midjourney assets and "Business Autopsy" data into 3D environments and structural models.
• Motion Design: Use Mogrts for efficiency, but create custom 3D/2D animations for complex data visualizations.
• Polishing: Finalize atmospheric sound design and cinematic pacing to ensure a premium documentary feel.
• Hybrid Template Use: Proficiency in customizing Mogrts so they blend seamlessly with custom 3D elements without appearing generic.

Requirements
• Software Mastery: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Cinema 4D (or Blender).
• AI Integration: Experience working with AI-generated assets (Midjourney, ElevenLabs).
• Efficiency: Ability to follow detailed visual instructions while maintaining a strict 1-video-per-week schedule.
• Experience: 4+ years in professional video editing and 3D motion design.
• Asset Compositing: Expertise in "cleaning" and color-grading Midjourney assets to ensure a uniform visual style throughout the 12-minute video.
• Sound Design: Skill in layering atmospheric audio to support the serious, investigative tone of the video.
• Rhythmic Pacing: Skill in timing visual cuts precisely to the cadence of ElevenLabs voiceovers.
• 3D Scene Projection: Ability to transform static Midjourney images into 3D environments or "parallax" scenes.
• Structural Modeling: Skill in building 3D models (using Cinema 4D or Blender) to visualize complex business infrastructure or data.
• Camera Animation: Mastering virtual camera movements within After Effects to create a cinematic documentary feel.
