About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our post-production team. You'll take raw footage from our shoots and transform it into polished, engaging videos that capture attention, build trust, and drive action for our clients. You'll work closely with our production team to bring each project's creative vision to life, from first cut to final delivery.

What You'll Do:
Edit a variety of video projects, including brand stories, client testimonials, social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), event recaps, explainer videos, and ads
Perform color correction and color grading to achieve a clean, professional, on-brand look
Mix and sweeten audio, including dialogue cleanup, music selection, and sound design
Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and captions/subtitles optimized for social platforms
Cut long-form footage into short-form, platform-ready content for repurposing
Organize and manage media assets, project files, and revision versions
Incorporate client and team feedback through revision rounds, delivering on deadline every time
Stay current with editing trends, formats, and platform best practices (vertical video, hooks, pacing)


What We're Looking For


2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency or client-facing experience is a plus)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve)
A solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm — you know how to keep viewers watching
Experience editing for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Working knowledge of color grading and audio mixing fundamentals
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Reliable, self-directed, and communicative — you hit deadlines without being chased
A portfolio or demo reel that shows your range (required with application)


Bonus Points For:
Motion graphics and animation skills
Experience with multi-cam editing and event footage
Familiarity with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across deliverables
Basic understanding of video marketing and what makes content convert
