Video Editor

We're looking for a video editor for Son of John, a premium men's underwear brand based in Amsterdam. You'll edit advertisements and social media content that matches our brand identity: clean, masculine, timeless, and confident. We have a full editing SOP, asset library, and Premiere Pro workflows ready for you. Edits are primarily short-form vertical video (9:16) for paid social.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience editing paid social ads
- Strong understanding of hooks – you know how to stop a scroll in the first 2 seconds
- Eye for pacing, rhythm, and keeping retention high throughout
- Clean, intentional editing style that lets the product speak
VFX skills are a plus, but not required

What to expect:
- You'll start with a manageable workload so we can find a good rhythm together
- As quality and trust build, workload and pay grow with you
- We work with a performance bonus system – if your edit becomes a winning ad, you get rewarded for it
