Video Editor

We’re looking for a skilled and conversion-focused Editor to join our fast-growing beauty e-commerce brand. Your role will be to craft engaging, story-driven ads that captivate viewers, build emotional connection, and drive purchases. You’ll work closely with our creative strategist and copywriting team to bring scripts to life through powerful editing, pacing, and visuals that convert.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce video's (1–5 minutes) for paid ads and landing pages (AI, VSL, Podcast)
- Combine storytelling, pacing, and persuasive visuals to maximize retention and conversions
- Use UGC, voiceovers, b-roll, and on-screen text to build clear narrative structure
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to test and iterate based on performance data

Requirements:
- Proven experience editing VSLs or high-converting direct-response videos
- Strong sense of structure, emotional flow, and storytelling
- Familiar with marketing hooks, CTA placement, and sales psychology
- Experience in beauty or DTC e-commerce is a major plus
- Comfortable working with raw UGC and scripted voiceovers
