We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving Video Editor to join our Paid Media team.
Your job is straightforward: take raw footage and a storyboard, then turn it into scroll-stopping ad creatives for
You understand what makes people pause their thumb, you edit with precision and speed, and you know the difference between content that converts and content that gets skipped.This is a production-focused role.
You'll receive clear creative direction and storyboards — your superpower is executing at a high level, quickly.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes short-form social content, has a feel for platform-specific trends, and can layer in effects, transitions, captions, and AI-generated b-roll to elevate every piece.
What You'll Do
-Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready ad creatives for
-Apply clean cuts, smooth transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and sound design that align with current social media best practices.
-Generate and integrate AI-produced b-roll footage (using tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar) to fill gaps, add visual variety, and enhance production value.
-Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trending audio, popular editing styles, and ad creative formats that drive performance across paid social channels.
-Deliver fast turnarounds on iterative edits — versioning hooks, swapping CTAs, testing different intros, and producing multiple variations from a single asset.
-Maintain organized project files and a clean handoff workflow so the team can move quickly.
What You
-Bring2+ years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio of short-form social content (paid ads, Reels, TikToks).Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve — ideally more than one.
-Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, or equivalent) for creating supplemental b-roll and visual assets.
-Deep understanding of what performs on
-Strong eye for pacing, timing, and visual rhythm — your cuts feel intentional, not choppy.
-Experience with motion graphics, kinetic text, and caption styling for mobile-first content.
-Ability to take direction well and execute against a storyboard quickly and accurately without needing extensive hand-holding.
-Fast, reliable, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment with multiple projects in flight.
Bonus Points
- Experience editing specifically for direct-response or performance marketing campaigns (not just organic content).Familiarity with ad creative testing frameworks (hook variations, CTA swaps, format tests).
-Basic sound design or audio mixing skills.
-Experience with thumbnail design or static creative as a complement to video work.
-Understanding of platform ad specs, safe zones, and delivery requirements across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.?
