JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Full-Time Video Editor (40 hours per week).
This is a task-based position with weekly assignments and no fixed working hours.
Your main role is to edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using kinetic typography, smooth transitions, and strong visual storytelling.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Edit short-form vertical videos
Create kinetic typography captions
Apply speed ramping
Add smooth transitions between clips
Edit real estate walkthrough videos
Perform basic graphic design (text layout, simple visuals)
Color correct and enhance footage
Follow brand guidelines and instructions
Deliver tasks on time consistently


REQUIREMENTS

Strong experience with short-form video editing
Skilled in kinetic typography
Skilled in speed ramping
Experience editing real estate videos
Basic graphic design skills
Good sense of timing, pacing, and style
Ability to follow instructions and match references
Reliable, detail-oriented, fast turnaround
Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Desktop, Photoshop

TEST TASK (REQUIRED)

Create a 5-second vertical video (1080x1920) using this sentence:
"And remember, the most beautiful thing about captions is not just that they’re incredible, but that they’re a form of art."
Task Requirements:
Use kinetic typography with animated, moving text
Emphasize certain words (size, motion, weight, etc.)
Use a clean stock video background
Generate an AI voice-over using ElevenLabs
Sync the animation with the voice
Export as a 5-second vertical video
