Hi, I’m Tim.
Please just call me “Tim” when you apply—no “Sir,” “Mister,” or “Hiring Manager.” This is important to me.

I’m looking for a killer video editor who can hit the ground running. Most of our work starts with podcasts: we’ll pull 2–3 min 16:9 clips, then repurpose those into vertical videos. Some projects also include AI-generated talking heads that need graphics and b-roll layered in.

I’ve been editing for 30+ years, so I know the craft—and I’m looking for someone who wants to create at a high level with me. If you’re just about jump cuts and filler removals, this won’t be a fit. I want someone who thinks:

“This part could use a full-screen graphic…”

“She looked down here—let’s cover it creatively…”

“How can I make this story flow better?”

What you’ll need

Adobe Premiere Pro (latest version): I’ll share project files.

After Effects: For motion graphics that drop easily into a Premiere timeline.

Solid understanding of 4K footage in 1080 timelines.

Knowledge of framerates (24, 25, 30—even 60fps).

Attention to audio quality—I spend a lot of time making sound crystal clear.

Strong English comprehension: many of my clients are highly specialized, so you need to understand or ask questions.

How we’ll work

You’ll grab tasks in ClickUp and collaborate with me and our web developer.

Much of our video ties directly into web pages for SEO, so attention to detail matters.

You’ll be more than an editor—you’ll be a storyteller.
