I’m Steph, a Realtor in the Austin, TX area, building a strong YouTube presence focusing on real estate developments, community tours, home tours, and lifestyle content. I’m looking for a long-term, intermediate-level video editor who can help me edit, optimize, and create engaging videos that keep viewers watching.

? Editing & Storytelling – Clean, polished edits with smooth transitions, graphics, and text overlays to keep the viewer engaged.
? YouTube Optimization – Understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, watch time strategies, and how to structure videos for retention. (Not a must but would help)
? Thumbnail Creation – Design eye-catching thumbnails that boost click-through rates (CTR).
? Reels & Short-Form Content – Ability to repurpose long-form content into short, engaging Reels and YouTube Shorts.
? SEO & Engagement Strategies – Knowledge of titles, descriptions, and tags to maximize video reach.

???? Intermediate-level editor with experience in YouTube content creation (not just basic cutting and splicing).
???? Fast turnaround time (ideally within 24-48 hours per video).
???? Creative & detail-oriented, with a knack for making real estate and lifestyle content feel engaging and dynamic.
???? Experience with real estate diting software like Adobe Premier, Finalcut Pro, CapCut, etc.
???? Someone who is reliable, communicates well, and wants to grow with my brand.

This is a freelance/part-time role with potential for long-term collaboration.
Compensation negotiable based on experience and workload.
Looking for someone ready to start ASAP and committed to producing 1-2 high-quality videos per week + occasional Reels/Shorts.
