Video Editor

We are a fast-growing startup focused on high-quality YouTube content creation, expanding across multiple channels. We are looking for a full-time, long-term Video Editor to join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered content.

About the Role:

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling, refining, and enhancing video content using DaVinci Resolve. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure a seamless and engaging final product.

Your role will involve editing AI-generated visuals, ensuring smooth transitions, professional color grading, and engaging pacing to captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and refine video content using DaVinci Resolve.
• Ensure smooth cuts, engaging pacing, and high-quality color grading.
• Add transitions, text overlays, and other visual effects to enhance videos.
• Sync audio and video elements for a polished final product.
• Organize and manage video assets efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance video content.

What We Look For:

• Experience with video editing required – DaVinci Resolve experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cutting, pacing, color correction, and transitions.
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple programs and manage workflows.
• Fast learner – adaptable to evolving editing styles and project needs.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Highly coachable, motivated, and seeking a long-term full-time position.
• A dual-monitor setup is preferred for improved workflow efficiency.
• Stable internet connection to ensure smooth file transfers and communication.
• Hardware capable of running editing software efficiently and exporting videos in a reasonable time frame.
