What You'll Do
? Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns.
? Work on real estate tours, branded content, podcast videos, and ads.
? Cut engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for different platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
? Add motion graphics, captions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
? Collaborate with videographers, content strategists, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends to create fresh, high-performing content.

What We’re Looking For
???? Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required).
???? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
???? Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
???? Experience with color correction, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.
???? Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
???? A strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content go viral.
???? Experience in real estate or business branding content is a big plus!
