Video Editor

Overview:
Radiant Sales is a fast-growing community solar brokerage, and we’re looking for a creative and efficient video editor to help us build our brand. Your job will be to turn raw footage into engaging short-form content (primarily Reels and TikToks) that attracts 18-23 year olds to join our traveling door-to-door sales team.

Guaranteed RAISES If all expectations are met!

$150 Per week if 40 hours are met!

Looking for Experience in making viral Videos With PROOF!

Responsibilities:
    •    Edit 2–3 short-form videos per day (30–60 seconds each)
    •    Add captions, sound effects, Upgrade to see actual infos, B-roll, and cuts to make content pop
    •    Maintain a quick turnaround
    •    Follow a content style that appeals to Gen Z / young salespeople / Young Entrepreneurs
    •    Collaborate with the team on content to be better

-Open to new ideas to make higher quality videos
-Self Driven personality


STRICT Schedule 9PM-11PM 8am-2PM
-Clock In And out everyday
-Only paid for hours worked!
-Must be ready for calls at all work hours
-Must be working at all hours will have check ins throughout day
