Job Overview:
We seek a skilled and creative video editor with advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The ideal candidate must have a Mac computer with an M1 chip or better, high-speed internet, and a webcam. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively with the team. This is a full-time remote position from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Responsibilities:
Edit and produce engaging video content for real estate marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
Utilize After Effects to add visual effects, animations, and dynamic transitions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative video ideas.
Ensure all video projects meet branding guidelines and quality standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Optimize videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Provide creative insights to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Requirements:
Mac Computer: Must have a Mac with an M1 chip or better for smooth and efficient video editing.
Proficiency in English: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and understand project requirements.
Expert in Premiere Pro and After Effects: Proven expertise in video editing and motion graphics.
Technical Setup: High-speed internet and a functional webcam for team communication.
Availability: Full-time availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Creativity and Passion: A creative mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for video editing and storytelling.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing your best work.

Compensation:
Hourly rate: $5.00 - $6.50 USD, based on experience and expertise.
Full-time remote position with room for growth in the company.
