Video Editing, YouTube Management

FLY8MA Flight Training is looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team! You’ll be responsible for editing both short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, creating engaging educational content and vlogs for our YouTube channel with over 200,000 subscribers.

In addition to video editing, you will:

Optimize content for YouTube SEO, including metadata, tags, and descriptions.
Create compelling thumbnails that boost engagement.
Add subtitles and captions for accessibility.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and fostering community interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects & Photoshop a plus).
? Experience editing high-quality YouTube videos (both shorts & long-form).
? Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and growth strategies.
? Ability to design eye-catching thumbnails.
? Passion for aviation or interest in flight training is a bonus!

Please note you MUST be proficient in Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve. Applicants that cannot submit completed project files in Premier Pro or Davinci Resolve will not be considered.
