Video Editing Specialist

This is a full time job and would require you to work Monday to Friday from home.

Responsibilities:
• Edit video content for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, tutorials, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and vision.
• Assemble raw footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing videos.
• Trim and edit video segments, add transitions, graphics, effects, and sound to enhance production value.
• Ensure video content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Work with the team to script, storyboard, and plan video projects. (scripts and storyboard provided by client)
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and new editing techniques.
• Manage and organize video assets and project files.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality videos within budget constraints.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on video concepts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field or equivalent work experience. (or more than 5years of experience)
• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of video composition, color correction, and audio editing.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking feedback and implementing changes as needed.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of video optimization and Copyright claims for various platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English
Good computer/laptop with sufficient computing power (cannot crash frequently)
Solid internet minimum of 10+ MBS/Download
