Job Overview:

You will transform text-based content into engaging video stories while ensuring adherence to style guidelines, SEO standards, and client branding.

Furthermore, we expect that you can:

(1) Create 3-4 videos daily: Use Pictory.AI and other tools to produce engaging videos based on client blogs and written content.
(2) Convert blog posts, articles, and other text-based content into compelling video stories.
(3) Ensure videos are correctly formatted for websites, including proper embedding.
(4) Ensure all videos adhere to the company’s style guidelines and client branding.
(5) Work closely with the Video Creation team and other departments to align content with marketing strategies.
(6) Research new video styles, editing techniques, and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
(7) Meet daily production quotas without compromising video quality or accuracy.


Job Requirements:

> A PayPal account (we pay through PayPal).
> At least two years of relevant experience in the same role
> Experience in working within a digital marketing company is preferred.
> Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
> Experience using Pictory.AI, Google Vids, or similar AI-powered video creation tools.
> Ability to transform written content (blogs, articles) into engaging video formats
> Knowledge of color theory, typography, and branding to maintain consistency across videos.
> Understanding of video SEO and best practices for embedding videos on websites.
> Ability to create 3-4 high-quality videos daily while maintaining accuracy and creativity.
> Ensuring content is error-free, properly formatted, and aligned with client expectations.
> Communicative, and comfortable working with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients.
> Quick learner who can troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to new tools and trends.
