Compensation Structure:
Compensation for this position starts at $3.00 to $5.00 per hour, based on your initial performance assessment. As you meet and exceed performance targets, there are opportunities for rate increases and further growth potential within our company. Hours: 4 hours/day (From 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST)

Role Summary: We are seeking a talented Video Content Creator to produce dynamic video content for our social media platforms. This role demands a high level of creativity, technical proficiency in video editing, and the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:
Scriptwriting for video content that aligns with our brand and mission.
Generating fresh ideas and concepts for new videos.
Editing footage for both long-form and short-form videos, ensuring high-quality final products.
Recreating the style of popular videos that have proven successful in engaging audiences.
Using 3D animation skills to create engaging videos for our audience.
Creating thumbnails, video titles, tags, and hashtags that increase visibility and engagement.
Posting and managing video content across various social media platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality across all digital products.
Participate in regular review sessions to present ideas, receive feedback, and iterate based on team inputs.
Any other duties that may arise.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Proven experience with digital content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your previous work.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to 3D animate or learn the skill, will be a major plus.
