We are Reddit Marketing Agency helping B2B companies and agencies generate revenue from Reddit. We're founder-led, lean by design, and currently at $50K/month. Our goal is simple: hit $100K/month, and we're moving fast to get there.

Why We're Hiring

This role is for us, not our clients. We need a dedicated video editor to own all of Novantro's Facebook and Instagram ad creative the ads that bring new B2B clients to us.

We're looking for a video editor who lives and breathes Facebook and Instagram ads. This is not a general video editing role your primary focus will be cutting high-performing ad creative for Meta platforms (Feed, Reels, Stories) that stops the scroll, holds attention, and drives conversions. If you understand the difference between an ad that gets ignored and one that prints money, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Edit short-form video ads (30-120 seconds) optimized for Facebook and Instagram placements (9:16, 1:1, 4:5).
Craft strong hooks within the first 3 seconds to maximize rate.
Add captions, text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design that work with sound off (and on).
Produce multiple variations of the same ad for A/B and creative testing (different hooks, CTAs, pacing, thumbnails).
Edit UGC-style content, talking-head videos, product demos, and mixed-format creatives.
Iterate quickly based on performance data if an ad is winning, cut more like it; if it's losing, diagnose why.
Stay current with Meta ad trends, formats, and policy requirements.

Must-Have Experience

2+ years editing video ads specifically for Facebook and Instagram (please share examples).
Strong portfolio of Meta ads you've edited, ideally with performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, hook rate) where possible.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of vertical/square video, native captioning, and Meta's ad specs.
Sense for direct-response pacing fast cuts, pattern interrupts, clear CTAs.
Ability to edit and deliver ads quickly without sacrificing quality (often multiple variations per concept).

Nice to Have

Experience editing for YouTube (long-form, YouTube Shorts, or YouTube ads).
Experience working directly with media buyers or performance marketers.

What We're NOT Looking For

Editors with no paid social experience.
Editors who need a polished brief for every project you should be able to look at raw footage and a product and know what to do.
