Versatile Graphics Designer

I am a tech founder in Sweden who is looking to strengthen my one-man startup with a design skill set.

In this role, you will have to wear a bunch of hats (some only vaguely related to design) to kinda help me with whatever is the priority that week. As a developer in a background, I would appreciate help figuring out the 20/80 piece of work when it comes to communications and design that would get us the best result. That means a sort of freedom for you but also a lot of responsibility to figure out impactful items and then execute them.

My company has many SaaS projects with variable levels of maturity and success ranging from plugins on Wix marketplace to restaurant PoS systems. You would help on all of those. There is a list of activities I expect a candidate to do. The interview process will be as follows:
- video chat
- short take-home task

- Boss me around a bit
- Copywriting

This will be an independent contractor position, so you will need to send me an invoice from your business.
