Valve Product Upload Specialist for Ecommerce Business

We are looking for an experienced data entry specialist with extensive Microsoft Excel knowledge to create multiple Excel upload sheets for bulk uploading data into our e-commerce store which is hosted on BigCommerce.

We are the premier online valve retailer in the United States. Due to demand, we are growing our team and our product offering significantly. We are looking for a very detail-oriented, self-motivated, problem solver that is looking for a long-term, full-time position. This position will be 40 hours per week and will continue for the foreseeable future. Due to the nature of our products, we need someone that is very detail-oriented and experience with industrial equipment is a plus.

You will be working with our suppliers on receiving all of the necessary information, compiling it into an Excel spreadsheet, doing a bulk upload to BigCommerce, and testing the products.

Skills Required:

- Expert in Microsoft Excel (formatting, formulas, large spreadsheets, data quality control, spell checking, etc.)
- Able to operate and communicate with Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Experience with BigCommerce bulk product uploads is a plus
- Experience working with industrial products is a plus

This is a fully remote position.

You will be paid weekly at a rate of $4-$5 per hour past your trial period.

Requirements:
- Must use Hubstaff software to track hours worked
- Excellent English speaking and writing
- Reliable PC with Microsoft Excel, having a backup PC is preferred also
- Fast Internet
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- General understanding of HTML

Responsibilities:
- Building and adding new products to be launched on the website
- Updating pricing and specifications of existing products
- Working with vendors to receive all of the necessary information for adding new products to the website
