Vacation Rental Property Management VA

I’m looking for an A player. My vacation rental company is growing fast and this part time job will start off with Resolutions, ordering of supplies, review removal and any other admin style tasks. Our goal is to be able to grow the amount of properties that we can design for short term rental purposes at a time. This position could very quickly turn into a full time position or a full time position managing a team of VA’s. We will need somebody very competent and capable of problem solving. Skills you have that are helpful

-Experience working with airbnb

-Experience working with large Property Management companies

-Experience with Airbnb Aircover & resolutions

-Experience with review removal and airbnb AI algorithm

-Tech savvy background. Good with Monday CRM, property management software, and good at building and understanding systems
