VIdeo Editor Full Time / Video Ads / Short Form Video

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to join our creative team full time. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Final Cut Pro X and CapCut for editing a variety of video projects, including short-form social media content and video ads. Proficiency in Photoshop is a significant plus. In addition, excellent English skills—both written and spoken—are essential for effective communication with our team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce engaging short-form video content (social media, ads, reels, etc.) using Final Cut Pro X and CapCut.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually compelling videos aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Utilize Photoshop for basic graphic design tasks, such as creating thumbnails, overlays, and text elements where needed.
Incorporate feedback from teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, refine edits, and ensure timely delivery of final video products.
Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, techniques, and tools to consistently produce fresh, high-quality content.
Manage files and project assets in an organized manner, following established naming conventions and workflows.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/reel showcasing previous work).

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X and CapCut. (If not: share what programs you are using)

Strong English skills (verbal and written) for clear communication and collaboration.

Basic to intermediate Photoshop skills (for creating or adjusting graphics and visual elements).

Creativity in storytelling, pacing, and design elements to make videos stand out.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with social media platforms and video requirements for various channels (Instagram, Meta Formats)
