SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Location: Remote, preferably Philippines-based

Schedule: Full-time (8AM to 5PM PST)

We are looking for a highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support the computer-based side of our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, strong Excel/spreadsheet abilities, and the ability to think critically and make decisions based on data.

The Supply Chain VA will work closely with our warehouse leadership team to manage inventory forecasting, procurement, factory ordering, import documentation, and reporting. This role does not involve physical warehouse work, inventory counting, or shipping products. Those tasks will remain the responsibility of the on-site warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory forecasting using Prediko and spreadsheet reports

• Study and understand the company product catalog thoroughly

• Identify overstocked and understocked products through Shopify and Prediko reports

• Create spreadsheet reports for the marketing team showing products that may need to be promoted or placed on sale

• Assist with ordering products from factories

• Track whether manufacturing has started and follow up as needed

• Review importation paperwork for accuracy

• Help verify tariff classifications and percentages paid to the government

• Maintain clear and organized procurement and inventory records

• Communicate clearly with warehouse managers and other internal teams

• Use critical thinking to make smart recommendations based on inventory data

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas during meetings with U.S.-based tea ---------- mbers.

• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to learn inventory software quickly, including Prediko

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

• Highly organized and dependable

• Ability to understand products, inventory needs, and ordering logic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management, procurement, logistics, or warehouse administration

• Experience using Shopify or inventory forecasting software

• Experience working with factories, purchase orders, or import/export documentation

• Prior VA experience supporting e-commerce or warehouse operations

Important Note:

This role focuses only on the computer-based warehouse responsibilities, including procurement, forecasting, reporting, and inventory software management. Physical inventory counting, packing, shipping, and warehouse floor management will be handled by the on-site warehouse managers and warehouse employees.
