We are hiring!
We are a well-established real estate team with over 36 years of experience, searching for a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Video/Podcast Editor to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talents and be part of a supportive, seasoned team committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do:
*** Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
*** Edit and enhance podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and video production.
*** Add creative elements, graphics, and animations to videos to captivate viewers.
*** Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and bring new content ideas to life.
*** Ensure timely delivery of content and meet project deadlines.

Position Details:
*** Part-time (with potential to go full time) 10-20+ hours per week
*** Salary: Commensurate with experience
*** Flexible schedule with potential for growth
*** Must be available to work in the North American Eastern Time (EST) zone

What We’re Looking For:
*** Proven experience in video and podcast editing
*** Strong skills in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Cap Cut, Canva,Descript, etc.)
*** Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
*** Creative flair with an eye for detail
*** Excellent time management and organizational skills
*** Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
