VIDEO & PHOTO EDITOR (REAL ESTATE)

We're looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Video & Photo Editor to join our growing real estate team.

This role will start as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as workload increases.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll be responsible for editing real estate photos, property videos, and short-form social media content that helps showcase listings, build our brand, and engage potential clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit real estate photos (lighting, color correction, sky replacements, enhancements, etc.)
• Edit property videos for listings and marketing campaigns
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Match editing styles based on provided examples and brand guidelines
• Deliver clean, polished, and professional final outputs
• Meet deadlines and communicate effectively with the team

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Experience editing real estate, lifestyle, or architectural content preferred
• Intermediate English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and replicate editing styles consistently
• Reliable internet connection and equipment

WORK SETUP

• Part-time (10–20 hours per week to start)
• Flexible working hours
• Long-term opportunity with potential to grow into a full-time position

COMPENSATION

• $6–$8 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
• 1-month paid trial/training period

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

We're building a long-term team. The first editor we hire will have the opportunity to grow with us and potentially take on a leadership role managing future editors as the team expands.
