**Job Description**

As our VFX Artist, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, conjuring up amazing visual effects that make our games pop. You’ll team up with our designers, artists, and devs to craft effects that enhance gameplay and leave players in awe. If you’re all about creativity, precision, and making things look cool, you’ll fit right in.

**Key Responsibilities**

Create real-time VFX for characters, environments, and gameplay elements.
Work closely with the team to ensure VFX match the game’s style and technical specs.
Implement and optimize VFX in the game engine for top-notch performance.
Tweak and refine effects based on feedback from the team and playtesters.
Keep the quality high and the visuals consistent across all effects.
Stay in the loop with the latest VFX trends, tools, and tricks.
Jump into brainstorming sessions and bring your creative ideas to the table.

**Key Skills Needed**

• Skilled in VFX tools like Unreal Engine, Unity, Houdini, After Effects, or similar.
• Solid grasp of particle systems, shaders, dynamics, and simulations.
• Ability to create eye-catching effects that boost gameplay and storytelling.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• A love for video games and a deep understanding of what makes VFX stand out in games.
• Experience with both hand-drawn and digital VFX techniques.

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience as a VFX Artist with a portfolio that shows off your skills.
• Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related field is cool, but not a deal-breaker.
• Experience on shipped games or personal projects (links to your work are a plus).
• Familiarity with game development workflows.
• Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
