Wanted: American company looking for an Operations Support Specialist – VA/Virtual Assistant (Full Time)

Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry, encoding, and processing tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly basis using Microsoft Excel
• Work closely with Account Managers to achieve client's objectives. You will be the AM's right hand!
• To undertake ad hoc projects as required for the development of the company and to meet clients' objectives
• Navigate Amazon Seller Central to perform various tasks such as data collection, downloading reports, data input
• Utilize and update project management tools frequently
• Monitor systems for errors and troubleshoot issues
• Help improve internal processes and provide input on how to improve them
Qualifications:
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent written English
• Proficient spoken English
• Reliable Computer and Internet Speed
• Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Previous experience using
