VA or Dev with Tailwind CSS

We are seeking for an affordable VA to join out marketing and web development agency startup.
Either part time or full time, whatever you can commit. We need to cover about 1000 hours per month and have budget about $1000 to cover it. Its also possible to work on per-project basis.
