Job Post: Virtual Assistant for Lead Sourcing (Remote)
We are an expanding Performance Marketing Agency looking to recruit a rockstar Virtual Assistant to help us with lead-sourcing tasks. There's plenty of room for advancement and long-term employment if you’re competent, hard-working, and efficient. You will be required to daily add leads to a Google Spreadsheet.

Experience with Google Sheets

You can use Google Maps directly. Just search each keyword + location (e.g., Terapista Manuale a Milano) and collect the info from the business listings that appear on the left-hand side.

When the list of businesses appears, click the Instant Data Scraper icon in your Chrome browser

Note: Emails are often not available in the CSV. You’ll still need to manually visit the website (if available) to collect email and owner’s name.
3. What if there’s no email listed in the business profile?
Try the following:

Look for a “Contact” page or footer with email details


If you still can’t find the email, leave the email cell blank, but fill in everything else.

5. Do I need to scrape all 20 regions?
Not necessarily, but the more regions you cover, the higher your chances of being hired.
We’re looking for quality over quantity, but completing the task fully will definitely make you stand out.
6. Can I just copy businesses from directories like PagineGialle or Yelp?
No. We want leads sourced directly from Google Maps, which are typically more up to date and reliable.
7. How many leads should I submit for the challenge?
There’s no strict number, but aim for at least 3–5 valid leads per keyword per region. Clean, accurate data is more valuable than a big messy list.
8. How do I submit the challenge?
Once you've completed the task, we will give you instructions on where to submit your spreadsheet in the next stage after reviewing your application.
9. Can I apply even if I don’t finish the challenge?
Yes, but priority will be given to those who complete it quickly and thoroughly. The sooner you send it, the better your chances.
