Responsibilities:
Personal Branding & Content Creation

Plan and create engaging social media content, including Reels and posts, using tools like Canva, Lightroom, and CapCut.
Identify Instagrammable photo locations and collaborate with photographers.
Manage a content calendar and schedule posts.

Lead Generation & Outreach

Research and identify leads for collaborations, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Conduct email and social media outreach to engage and convert leads.
Build and maintain a CRM/database of contacts.
Customer Relationship Management

Monitor trends, news, and events related to clients or customers and suggest appropriate follow-ups.
Draft congratulatory messages, emails, and engagement plans.
AI Research & Implementation

Discover and test new AI tools to improve business practices and workflows.
Create SOPs and train on using AI for content creation, analytics, and automation.
Growth Tracking & Reporting

Track social media growth metrics and engagement trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on progress and new strategies.

Requirements:
Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram (growth strategies, analytics, and engagement).
Proficiency in Canva, Lightroom,Photoshop and CapCut (or similar tools).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Notion, Outlook) and lead generation techniques.
Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI tools and emerging technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in content and growth strategies.
