Virtual Assistant (VA) for Business Funding Company — Remote

About Us:
We are a fast-growing business funding company that helps entrepreneurs secure $50,000 to $250,000 in 0% interest business funding for 6 to 18 months. Our goal is to provide quick, affordable capital solutions to small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs nationwide.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and manage client communications, marketing, document collection, follow-ups, and CRM tasks using Go High Level (GHL).
Key Responsibilities:
? Client Onboarding:
Welcome new clients via
Ensure clients complete their funding application and upload required documents.
Guide clients through the next steps and answer basic questions.
? Document Collection & Review:
Follow up with clients to collect ID, bank statements, and other required documents.
Review submitted documents for completeness.
Coordinate with underwriting/funding specialists.
? CRM Management (Go High Level):
Manage client pipelines and update stages (Application Submitted, Call Booked, Docs Collected, Funded).
Send automated
Tag and organize client files and notes.
? Follow-Up & Communication:
Daily follow-ups with leads who haven't booked a call or submitted docs.
Confirm and remind clients of upcoming calls and deadlines.
Respond to client inquiries via
? Admin Support:
Help with scheduling calls for clients if they need assistance.
Track key performance metrics (e.g., how many clients are funded, stages of leads).
Assist in preparing reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
???? Experience working in a virtual assistant role (preferred)
???? Strong communication skills (written & verbal, fluent English)
???? Familiarity with Go High Level (preferred but not required, will train)
???? Experience in funding, finance, credit repair, or real estate (a plus but not required)
???? Organized and detail-oriented — able to handle multiple clients and tasks
???? Tech-savvy — able to learn and manage CRM, automation, and
???? Proactive and independent — can manage work with little supervision
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Familiarity with PandaDoc/DocuSign for agreements.
Experience in business funding, lending, credit repair, or financial services.
Knowledge of client management platforms like Slack, Zapier, Google Workspace.
