VA E-commerce Shopify Assistant

About us: We are a growing e-commerce company managing multiple Shopify and Wix websites across different brands and projects. This role will support several ongoing and future e-commerce initiatives and is not limited to a single website or project.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant – E-commerce Shopify Assistant to support our internal team with daily website operations, content creation, and digital marketing activities, while working closely with our Shopify website builder.


Key Responsibilities

Shopify & Website Support
• Support and optimize multiple Shopify stores
• Manage, update, and improve product listings for accuracy, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Assist with Shopify website development, including theme customization, app integration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Assist with website creation and updates on both Shopify and Wix
• Coordinate closely with our Shopify website builder, assisting with implementation and day-to-day tasks

Content & Marketing
• Write engaging blog posts and articles related to product highlights, trends, and inspiration
• Assist with email marketing (drip campaigns): content creation, scheduling, and management
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including:
• Influencer outreach assistance
• Campaign planning and ideation
• Social media content planning support

Pricing & Analysis
• Conduct pricing and market analysis
• Monitor competitor activity and support pricing updates
• Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting

Requirements
• Proven experience in Shopify management and store optimization
• Experience with Shopify website development (theme customization, app integration, troubleshooting)
• Experience with Wix builder is a plus
• Strong English communication skills
• Creative content writing ability
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media tools
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working across multiple websites and projects
